What a time of year it is - the sun is shining, the birds are singing, and Tropical Storm Cindy is dumping silos of water all over Northeast Tennessee.
And here you were, thinking the sun was shining and the birds were singing. For shame.
Nevertheless, Appalachian League baseball is underway, as I called my first games for the Elizabethton Twins last night (a doubleheader because Thursday's season opener was rained out, meaning Friday's double-dip would be two seven-inning games, of which we were able to play five of the second contest thanks to you CINDY...you suck...I hate you). We'll call this Project 2 since it is starting two weeks after Project 1, my Graduate Assistantship at ETSU, and I wanted to layout the coverage I'll be providing on WBEJ and MILB.com on the off-chance there isn't a rerun of Who's The Boss on somewhere and you wanted to tune in:

WBEJ AM 1240 and 107.9 FM in the Tri-Cities area, or online here. You can also just go to WBEJ.com and click "Listen Live" at the top of the page.
MILB.com broadcasts are linked here. You'll have to scroll down to Elizabethton Twins and hit the play button, which will work starting 15 minutes before broadcast time. You can also simply search "MILB Tune In", which is the platform the audio plays on, or download the MILB First Pitch app which is super convenient and won't let you forget there's a game. It also has a link to audio.
Criticism, critiques, comments, complaints, or less likely, compliments, are all welcome!
